SHIPPING

On all international orders, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay import taxes and customs duties for the shipment. The system is transported to the customers by air shipping, by shipping terms DAP (Delivery at Place).

* The delivery time refers to when the shipment will arrive at its destination country, not including time for customs procedures. As the receiver of the shipment, it’s your responsibility to ensure availability for customs clearance.

WARRANTY

HomeBiogas warrants to the customer that for 24 months after the delivery of the product to the customer, the company shall provide, free of charge, a replacement for any part that is faulty or has failed.

RETURNS

RETURN POLICY:

HomeBiogas is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to assist you.

  1. Cancellation within 3 days of order confirmation: HomeBiogas provides a full refund minus a 5% transfer fee
  2. Cancellation 3 days after order confirmation until delivery: HomeBiogas will refund the product cost only, minus the shipping cost and a 5% transfer fee. 
  3. Cancellation after delivery: The customer is responsible for the cost and arrangements of the return. HomeBiogas will refund the product cost, minus the shipping cost and a 5% transfer fee, after we have received the returned product in our warehouse.  To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or damage, and in the same package and condition that you received it.
  4. No refund requests will be accepted after more than 14 days from delivery. You must arrange the return shipment no later than 7 days from the date you notify us that you wish to return a Product (the ‘Return Notice’).

To initiate a return, please email us at support@homebiogas.com and provide your full name along with the order number.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If you are approved, then your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed. For refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2-5 days. We do offer exchanges within the us, but we don’t offer any exchanges for international orders.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again to confirm that the refund has not been posted.
  2. Contact your credit card company to inquire about the status of the refund.
  3. If you still have not received your refund, contact your bank to see if there is any processing time required.
